Responsibilities :
- Assist in checking and preparing vessel payments on excel file.
- Assist to check and prepare payments from payment list to payment instructions on banking platform
- Prepare payment instructions on banking platform
- Prepare cash out for vessel payments in TRANS
- Work closely and liaise with vessel finance on payment matters.
- Check vessel SOA and prepare journal entries
- Assist in procuring pantry items, office paper and other miscellaneous items.
- Assist in raising purchase order
- Main liaison for copier machine, phone system, hotel booking, carpet cleaning and any other ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements :
- Able to work under fast paced environment
- Committed and meticulous individual with great team bonding skills
- Proactive communicator
- Willing to commit long hours during transition period.
