About the Role
Temp Receptionist (3-month contract)
The Receptionist provides concierge services to visitors and guests visiting SPH News Centre.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the reception counter at the SPH News Centre
- Greet and attend to guests and walk-in visitors
- Assist guests to perform self-check-in via the Guest Management System (GMS) kiosks
- Issue security passes to guests visiting restricted areas
- Handle queries and feedback via phone, email and general correspondence
- Manage incoming mails and parcels
- Ensure the main lobby and guest lounge are neat and tidy to receive guests
Who we are looking for
- Customer service skills
- MS Office (Excel, Words and PowerPoint) or equivalent
- Effectively bilingual and able to converse confidently in English
- Pleasant disposition, good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to multitask
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service roles
- At least GCE ‘N’ level
- 5 days work week (08.30am to 6.00pm)
