Job Description:
- Transfer, Sending and Funeral
- Timely prepare monthly schedule for ground staff
- Safekeep and in charge of petty cash, and vehicles matter
- Work closely with all departments
- Administer the Customer Service Team, assist the team in phone manning and managing the funeral parlours
- Administer the Operations Team and ensuring that company policies and processes are properly conveyed to them
- Assisting the Human Resources Team in the employment of talents
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement:
- To handle both Operations and Customer Service Team.
- 2 years of management experience
- Possess class 3 driver license
- Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime
