Job Description :
- Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
- Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards.
- Coordinate with other discipline and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes.
- Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
- Supersede and updated the current revision status
- Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
- Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
- Detailing and documentation of working drawing
- Any other duties assigned
- Work with clients/designers on M&E system requirement/design construction
- Liaising with technicians on construction drawings
- Site inspection and update drawings
- Prepare submission drawings and AS-Built drawings
- AutoCAD drafting
