Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain contract administration and establish project budget & cash flow
- Manage project timeline and cost, carry out rates and commercial negotiations
- Manage subcontractors’ payments and claims preparation
- Take-off, re-measurement of drawings
- Assist in the preparation of subcontract final accounts
- Involve in material procurement, general administration and costing
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or in related disciplines
- At least 2 to 6 years of experience in a similar position in construction industry
- Candidate with M&E related experience will have an added advantage
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior role
- Knowledge of PSSCOC and/or REDAS and /or SIA standard forms of Contracts
- Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
