Job Description
- Massage customers and administers other body treatments in accordance with Spa standards.
- Understand the needs and expectations of each client, recommend body treatments and provide the most effective wellness service to the client.
- Maintain high level of professional customer service.
- Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely
- Create excellent guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude.
- Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the facilities and treatment room and other parts of the spa.
- Responsible preparing the necessary treatment products and replenishment of stocks
- Follow and comply with the instructions given by Spa Manager

- Communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work on weekends / public holidays.
- Able to work long hours and overtime.
