Responsibilities
- Provide customers with accurate and complete information on timely inventory and operation updates.
- Coordinate with Operations to meet customer needs and requirements
- Ensure all necessary documents, port passes, Portnet/ JP online custom permit, CIPL is available for inbound/outbound operations
- Inform customers of any delays, damages, or shortages.
- Follow up on reporting of damages, delay
- Resolve and troubleshoot issues, handle customer complaints, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stowage plans updating for warehouses, support in quarterly auditing and monthly auditing.
- Maintain and updating of inventory records in system and customer.
- Timely updates of weightlist, tallysheet, inventory records and other reporting requirements
- Coordination with operation on daily movements
- Liaison with customer on identify issues in operations and recommend solutions
- Support in tracking of operation and customer requested activities for month end invoicing
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in inventory operations and administrative job.
- Candidate must have Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
