Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vietnamese Cuisine Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our restaurant. This role will ensure that food preparation, kitchen staff management, customer service, and restaurant cleanliness meet our high standards. This candidate will have a passion for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency in line with our Vietnamese menu.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper food storage.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including cleanliness and sanitation.
- Train and develop staff on Vietnamese culinary techniques and restaurant procedures.
- Assist with menu planning and quality control to meet customer expectations.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance dining experiences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or kitchen leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine and traditional cooking methods.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen operations.
