Job Description
- Order Management: Process sales orders and coordinate with production teams.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Documentation: Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain sales data in the CRM system.
- Sales Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Reporting: Generate sales performance and forecast reports.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist the sales team with administrative duties.
