Overview:
The Operations Support Officer provides vital assistance in maintaining school facilities, supporting events, and ensuring the safety of students and staff. This role involves a range of tasks, including the upkeep of equipment, logistical support for school functions, and managing traffic and gate duties.
General Responsibilities:
- Provide support in general upkeeping of equipment and workplace.
- Provide logistical support for school events, functions, which includes arranging of furniture and equipment.
- Perform gate ushering duties and implement traffic control measures in ensuring safety of students.
- To carry out other assigned duties from time to time.
Requirements:
- Physically fit to assist in logistical support
- Able to converse in basic English to liaise with contractors and staff.
