Job Description
- Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, track communications, and negotiate contracts using CRM tools.
- Purchase Planning: Analyze production schedules and inventory levels to forecast material requirements.
- Order Processing: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals in the CRM system.
- Price Comparisons: Utilize CRM data to compare vendor quotes and secure the best deals.
- Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with warehouse teams to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Data Management: Maintain detailed records of supplier data, purchase history, and delivery timelines in the CRM.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Reporting: Generate reports on procurement metrics (cost savings, supplier performance, etc.) using CRM dashboards.
- Issue Resolution: Address delivery delays, quality issues, or other procurement-related challenges via CRM tracking tools.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements, leveraging CRM insights.
