We are seeking an inspiring and experienced Centre Principal to lead and manage a preschool in the North of Singapore. Our client is one of the well-established providers of early childhood care and education, with more than 150 preschool centres across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership to inspire and mentor a team of teachers.
- Ensure the centre operates smoothly and maintains high standards.
- Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure quality teaching practices.
- Lead the team through the SPARK Accreditation process.
- Build strong relationships with parents and the community.
Requirements:
- Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or a Degree in any discipline with a Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL).
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a childcare setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for early childhood education.
- Knowledge of curriculum and pedagogy.
- Experience managing a centre with at least 120 children is an advantage.
