Job Description
- Inspection: Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Testing: Perform functional tests on electronic assemblies and troubleshoot defects.
- Documentation: Maintain records of inspections, test results, and quality reports.
- Root Cause Analysis: Identify defects, conduct failure analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Supplier Quality Management: Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure material quality.
- Compliance: Ensure processes and products meet industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IPC standards).
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
- Audits: Participate in internal and external audits for quality management systems
