- Electrical System Maintenance: Regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs for electrical systems (lighting, HVAC, medical equipment power).
- System Installation & Upgrades: Oversee installation and upgrades of electrical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all systems meet safety standards (NFPA, IEC), manage risk, and enforce safety protocols.
- Power Backup: Maintain generators, UPS, and ensure reliable backup power for critical areas.
- Energy Management: Optimize energy usage and implement efficiency initiatives.
- Medical Equipment Support: Ensure stable power for medical devices, working with biomedical teams.
- Project Management: Plan and execute electrical projects, coordinating with vendors and staff.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep detailed maintenance logs, compliance records, and provide regular performance reports.
Requirement
- Degree in Electrical Engineering / Facilities Management with preferably 2 years’ relevant experience
