Job Responsibility:
- Support the implementation of patient-driven initiatives in the Pharmacy department by working closely
with various sections in charge of aligning processes and workflows. - Work with various sections in charge to drive new services and to ensure revenue generation.
- Assist sections to derive and drive business cases for new services.
- Maintain close supervision of financial performance and where appropriate, work with sections in-charge to institute strategic approaches to cost recovery and sustainable profitability.
- Responsible for supporting the procurement related to strategic projects in compliance with NUHS
procurement policies. - Lead and manage projects as assigned - Work with sections in charge to establish context, develop a project plan with goals and targets, secure approval for the project, and oversee project progress.
- Support the Pharmacy department through upcoming changes to major clinical systems via training, supporting infrastructural changes and formulation of new processes.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Management or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- A team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
- Resourceful and meticulous with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to galvanize support from different levels of stakeholders.
