The Executive / Senior Executive for Fundraising in the Resource Development Department plays a crucial role in driving the organisation’s growth by securing essential donations. This position is responsible for executing fundraising plans, creating engaging content, and building strong relationships with donors to increase annual donation income.
Responsibilities:
- Execute all fundraising plans such as direct mail appeals, grant applications and fundraising campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative programmes and projects that resonate with donors and encourage their participation.
- Create compelling social media content to promote fundraising initiatives, generate interest, and drive donations.
A successful candidate would be:
- A tertiary graduate with a minimum of two years of fundraising experience.

- A detailed-oriented and efficient multi-tasker who is also organised and resourceful.
- Adaptable team player, able to work independently or collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) and Customer Relationship Management/ CRM software; resourceful in search engines.
- Familiar and active on various social media platforms including Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Effective communication skills written and spoken, and creative graphic design skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Not afraid to getting their hands dirty and work on the ground.
