Responsibilities:


Key Account Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales goals for assigned accounts.
  • Partner with Operations to enhance sales, distribution, and merchandising efficiency.
  • Track service levels for assigned accounts and work to reduce missed sales opportunities.

Promotion Strategy and Product Launch:

  • Refine promotion tactics to boost sales.
  • Set objectives and develop marketing strategies with retailers.
  • Perform market research to understand industry trends and identify growth opportunities.

Product Launch:

  • Facilitate new product listings with supermarket chains and oversee planning and execution of product launch activities.
  • Handle product promotion proposals, negotiations, and execution.
  • Coordinate with supermarket staff to secure product display space and rental during promotional periods, and enhance visual merchandising.
  • Suggest and implement strategies to increase product visibility and brand recognition in stores.

Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, store staff, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth operations such as stock ordering and replenishment.
  • Gain insight into the customer's business environment, identify and leverage opportunities to expand market share, and recognize market threats to boost outlet profitability.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster positive relationships with clients, balancing their needs with the company's interests.

Sales Development:

  • Contribute to the creation and execution of sales initiatives (e.g., new product launches, promotions, themed campaigns).
  • Track and manage marketing expenses to stay within budget.
  • Analyze sales data, category performance, and promotional effectiveness for assigned accounts to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights on market trends and competitors to stay competitive.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts to enhance sales performance and advance business growth.

Requirements:

  • With 4 years of sales experience in the FMCG field.
  • Exceptional customer service and presentation skills.
  • Positive, dynamic and results-oriented
