Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer (L3+) for a 12-month contract role, with potential for renewal. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cisco networking products, network security solutions, and strong troubleshooting skills. You will design, implement, and maintain network infrastructures, while ensuring optimal network performance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain complex network infrastructures using Cisco technologies (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Implement and manage network security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS).
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced network issues.
- Provide network performance monitoring and optimization.
- Collaborate with teams to develop tailored network solutions.
- Create and develop network documentation.
- Work with vendors to manage network equipment and services.
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Network+ / KCA / NSE4 / CISSP.
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years in network engineering (L3+), with hands-on experience in Cisco products and network security solutions.
- Skills:
- Strong expertise in Cisco networking technologies (routing, switching, firewalls).
- Network security knowledge (firewalls, VPNs, IDS).
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
