Working hours: 5 days per week including weekends and PH (8-10 hours per day)

Job duties:
- Attend to the walk-in customer on enquiries, purchases, or any assistance needed.
- Maintain and provide good customer service level (inclusive of after sales service) at all times.
- Suggest specific product purchases to meet customers' needs (cross-sell and up-sell).
- Achieve monthly sales target given by Company.
- Monitoring and replenishment of stocks/inventory.
- Prepare/report daily sales and feedbacks as required.
- Ensuring products are well displayed in accordance with Company guidelines, display units and areas are clean and tidy at all times.
- Participate in ad-hoc duties or events when required.
- Adherence to the company’s policies, code of conduct and operational procedures.

- Matured, self-motivated, proactive and results driven.
- Able to commit to retail hours including weekends/public holidays.
