Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Brand manager/principal on brand and marketing strategies
- Collate and analyze monthly reports for the brand manager & brand principal
- Develop and analyse trade promotional plans / pricing strategies with respective channel manager(s)
- Facilitate, execute and review the effectiveness of various promotions (including set-up for sampling booths / road shows etc)
- Manage & control the brand’s budget
- Plan for stock inventory levels
- Manage & create content for the brand's social media account
- Work closely with in-house designers to design & source for marketing collateral, premiums
- Conduct competitor analysis and market visit/research to keep abreast with industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (especially during sales launch/ promotion period)
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5 to 2 years' experience in Brand/ Product management in FMCG industry
- Diploma in Business Management / Marketing
- Possess experience working with Modern trade, Convenience stores and General trade
- Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective brand strategies
- Individuals with design skills &/or digital marketing knowledge will be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office
- Disciplined and self-motivated
