Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Admin Support Officer Role in MOE Primary school. If you are selected,
You will work closely with Admin Manager (AM) and School Leaders (SLs) in an MOE Primary School (nearest MRT- Clementi) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
Administrative duties
- To attend to enquiries including walk-in, call-in and follow up with customers’ enquiries;
- To attend and keep a record of sick/injured students;
- To manage incoming and outgoing mails
- To assist in receiving and distribution of goods;
- To assist in filing, recording of lost-and-found items and perform other ad-hoc and simple administrative duties as and when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level
- Ability to provide front desk services including phone enquiries;
- Able to use Microsoft Office software applications;
- Should preferably have similar working experience in a school environment.
Summary:
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
