Lindner Facades Asia Pte Ltd (LFA) was successfully re-launched in May 2019, as part of the Lindner Steel & Glass operation. Located in Singapore, LFA will be used as a base to promote and secure projects for LFA and Lindner Group in the vast and promising Asian market.
Our projects will cover the Asian markets, which include India, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam. Enquires have also been received from Cambodia, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
LFA offers pre-sales consultation and planning advice, design and engineering, project management and planning, fabrication and installation. Employing a team of highly skilled, well-trained and extensive experience when it comes to LFA’S unique selling point in delivering turnkey projects with complex steel and glass, facades, skylights, curtain wall and building envelopes.
Roles and responsibilities
The Project Manager oversees the planning and all project operations. He/She manages the progress of the project and ensures quality and timely delivery. The Project Manager will be required to travel to project sites. Good communication skills are needed to liaise with the various stakeholders.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to manage progress of the project to make sure that the schedule is kept.
- Lead team to manage project operations, schedule and specifications.
- Manage operational cost to keep cost within the budget.
- Manage site document filing and record keeping in accordance with International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards.
- Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance of contract requirements.
- Monitor compliance of work with the workplace safety and health regulations.-~ Monitor quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
- Oversee the project team and subcontractors in delivery of project to meet completion date.
- Provides leadership to the project management and construction team.
- Submit weekly and monthly cash flow and project reports
Qualification
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines
Requirements
- Min 8 to 10 years of experience in similar capacity with extensive knowledge in steel, glass and building envelopes.
- Must have the competency to manage and lead project team
- Able to support tendering activities
- Able to communicate effectively with good interpersonal skills.
- Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience.
