Job Scope:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers during the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver detailed product proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Drive sales growth through direct sales activities and follow-ups.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and services.
- Track and report on sales performance, targets, and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing strategies, and technical standards.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales tools.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Engineering, Industrial, or Mechatronics
- No experience required, entry-level candidates welcome
- Passion for automation, creative and adaptive approach
- Good communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly
- Product training provided
- Knowledge of PLC programming, touch panels, control, and automation
