Job Scope:
- Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure project progress aligns with the schedule.
- Supervise construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Manage site resources (materials, labor, and equipment) for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical guidance to the construction team and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Inspect construction work to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and documentation of issues.
- Coordinate deliveries of materials and ensure proper storage on-site.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in construction
- 1 year MRT experience
- Experience with diaphragm walls and bored-piling
- Minimum 2 years' experience in underground/tunneling projects
- Experience with diaphragm walls and bored-piling
- One position must have lifting engineer certification or relevant experience
