Job and Responsibilities:
Managing IT infrastructure (including network and cybersecurity solutions), servers (including VM), Cloud infrastructure and backup solutions (on-premises and cloud)
Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for user systems, including user PC, Retail POS and peripherals, printers (including barcode printers), electronic shelf labels, digital signage, mobile phones and tablets etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to M365, including email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other O365 applications.
To assist with procurement and maintain up to date inventory tracking
Liaising with various external vendor solution providers
Assist in implementing IT policies, protocols, procedures, solutions, and best practices including incident reporting on containment and remediation.
Be part of project management team on IT initiatives (including system updates, tech refresh and migrations) sourcing of solutions, evaluation of solutions, managing implementation process including UAT, user training and system documentation.
Assist to conduct regular system audits, regular checks on network and data security and testing to detect issues within the IT systems.
Skill Requirement & Qualification:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience in system design, implementation, and administration of Microsoft Windows technologies: Windows Servers 2012 and above, Active Directory, LINUX, Router, and Network Switches.
Experience with Servers Backup and maintenance.
Proven experience as a System Infrastructure Engineer or similar role with 3-5years experience, with a focus on Microsoft O365 technologies.
Good experience managing and troubleshooting firewalls and network technologies (e.g., switching, routing, VPNs).
Working experience with Remote Desktop Services and hybrid cloud environments
