Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipping operations and collaborate with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth processes.
- Manage full sets of shipping documentation and oversee cargo bookings.
- Establish workflows for various business activities, including trading transactions, service fees, and royalty payments.
- Provide support in internal applications, reporting, and monitoring key areas such as overdue payments, credit limits, and contract collections.
- Assist in initiatives to support the development of new trading businesses.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, supply chain, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and handling documentation.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, enabling effective interaction with Chinese suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of SAP or MUGEN systems is an added advantage.
