Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and managing meeting materials.
- Track and follow up on action items, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain and organize records for correspondence, meeting materials, and key documents.
- Support budget management by tracking expenditures, processing invoices/claims, and preparing simple budget submissions.
- Assist with data entry, data cleaning, and managing incoming and outgoing communications.
- Plan and coordinate events like workshops and trainings, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min Diploma.
- Experience in secretariat/PA is a plus point
