Key Responsibilities

Develop Training Strategies

  1. Formulate annual and quarterly training plans and budgets aligned with the company’s business needs.
  2. Analyze employee skill gaps and design tailored training programs for various departments.

Establish Training Systems

  1. Develop and refine training modules, including onboarding, job-specific skills, and management development programs.
  2. Create training policies and processes to ensure standardization and compliance across all activities.

Organize Training Activities

  1. Design and deliver high-quality internal training programs and coordinate workshops or seminars with external experts.
  2. Manage the end-to-end training process, including resource coordination, scheduling, and logistical support.

Develop Training Content

  1. Create and regularly update training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and videos.
  2. Incorporate high-quality external resources to enrich course offerings, ensuring content is practical and innovative.

Evaluate Training Effectiveness

  1. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback, proposing improvements as needed.
  2. Prepare regular reports on training outcomes to support management decision-making.

Employee Development & Cultural Integration

  1. Develop personalized development plans to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
  2. Promote corporate culture through activities that integrate training with cultural initiatives.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  1. Diploma or above in Marketing, Human Resources Management, Education, or related fields.
  2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training management, preferably in the F&B, retail, or tech industry.

Professional Skills

  1. Proficient in building training systems and managing projects from inception to completion.
  2. Proven ability to independently design and deliver high-quality training programs; experience in developing training materials is essential.
  3. Familiarity with modern training tools and technologies, such as e-learning platforms and data analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record in successfully implementing training projects or receiving relevant awards.
  • Familiarity with corporate culture development and high-potential employee cultivation.
  • Certification in training (e.g., CIPD, TTT) is a plus.
