Responsibilities:
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Generating of quotations based on customer requirements.
- Ensure customer purchase orders are executed in a timely manner.
- Ensure all customer required specifications, drawings and any related documentations are communicated to appropriate personnel within the organization.
- Manage all delivery and pricing against customer purchase orders and timely delivery.
- Handle customer returns and co-ordinate shipment
Requirements:
- Min Dip / Deg with 2-3 years of experience
- Good customer service & negotiation skills
- Knowledge in Oracle system
- Preferably with Manufacturing exp
