Job Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding of new clients and implement changes in the API system.
- Prepare documentation for management approval and follow up to ensure approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
- Provide IT support during deployment on Wednesdays, Fridays (up to late evening), and occasional weekend mornings.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/degree with relevant IT knowledge/experience
- Strong willingness to learn and diligence in work.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to handle unexpected situations professionally.
- Basic IT knowledge, with experience or understanding of Linux systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Working Hours:
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Support deployment on Wednesdays, Fridays (until 11 PM), and weekend mornings when necessary.
- Overtime compensated with time-off.
