They are seeking a Finance Manager to lead their financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions, driving compliance, efficiency, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead finance transformation initiatives to enhance processes and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate financial risks.
- Manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CFA preferred).
- 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and financial management skills.
- Experience with implementing financial systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central).
