Job scopes are, but not limited to the followings:
a. Process all ingredients in accordance with SOP/ Instructions given by the supervisor.
b. Making of sauces in accordance with SOP / Instructions given by the supervisor.
c. Marinate all meat in accordance with SOP / Instructions given by the supervisor.
d. To pack all processed products and store them in accordance with SOP/ Instructions given by the supervisor.
e. Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor
f. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors
g. Ensure the kitchen meet SFA requirements, especially in utensil & staff personal hygiene.
Working Hours 8AM - 5PM
6 days work week
Salary: $2300 + $200
