Job Scope:
- Develop project timelines and set milestones
- Track tasks, assign responsibilities, and manage deadlines
- Allocate resources and ensure availability
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Monitor budget and expenses
- Assist with vendor sourcing and procurement
- Identify risks and propose solutions
- Address issues impacting timelines or budget
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Support team coordination and collaboration
- Compile final reports and assist with evaluations
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, renovation, or construction
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Proficiency in Google SketchUp and Autodesk AutoCAD is a plus
