Job scopes:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring excellent service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Understand clients' air export requirements and provide customized logistics solutions.
- Monitor and update customers on shipment status, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
- Address and resolve service-related inquiries, complaints, or concerns promptly.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and pricing for air export shipments.
- Prepare and review air export documentation including Airway Draft.
