Occupational Therapist / Therapy Coordinator

• Working location: Hougang
• Working hours: Mon to Fri. 8am – 5.30pm
• Salary: S$ 4,500 - 6,000 (Depends on experience)

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing appropriate, timely and effective occupational therapy treatment to our residents at the nursing home.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and 6-monthly assessments, reviews, and occupational therapy evaluations as needed.
• Develop and review treatment plans, conduct equipment prescriptions, and facilitate discharges.
• Document resident care and collect outcome statistics.
• Supervise junior staff and guide occupational therapy interventions.
• Plan and facilitate programmes, train junior staff, and contribute to competency checklists.
• Perform audits, participate in multi-disciplinary collaboration, and promote evidence-based practice.
• Periodically check and requisition occupational therapy items and equipment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
• Qualified and registered with AHPC (Full/ Restricted registration).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
