Job Responsibilities
- Provide L1 to L2 support for infrastructure, network, and internal systems.
- Provide Install Move Add Change (lMAC), Break-Fix and end user support activities as required.
- Provide on call, 24x7 supports for systems on a rotating basis. Implement corrective procedures to resolve production problems and minimize unplanned system outages.
- Suitable candidate will support IT server patching administration and change manangement coordination
