Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the refrigeration oil sector, preferably with experience in international markets.
- Extensive experience in selling refrigeration oils, particularly POE refrigeration oil.
- Proven track record of selling to established clients in the refrigeration or HVAC industry.
- Strong network in Europe and/or the USA is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new markets and open new business channels.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and with a high degree of initiative.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Drive the sales of refrigeration oil, leveraging your existing client network.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market share in Europe and the USA.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the refrigeration and HVAC industries.
- Provide strategic input on market trends, competitor activity, and product positioning.
