Responsibilities:
- Acquires orders from email and phone calls, verifies, and enters products, passes orders to fulfillment, and discusses stock-outs and estimated delivery dates.
- Promote or upsell company services to the existing clients based on their purchasing history.
- Prepare sales quotation and follow up with prospect clients to generate sales.
- Maintains distribution system backorder report, corresponding customer expediting report and notifications, and customer notification.
- Reports to management market trends, competitive pricing, and consumer feedback.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales Support or Customer Service role.
