- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our presence in the space and satellite market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including satellite operators, space agencies, governments, and industry leaders
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to develop tailored solutions for customers
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Certification in business development or sales (e.g., CBDO, CSO)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the space and satellite industry
- Strong network and connections within the industry
- Proven track record of successful business development and deal closure
- Experience working with government agencies, space agencies, or international organizations
- Familiarity with satellite communications, Earth observation, navigation, or space exploration
- In-depth knowledge of space and satellite technologies, applications, and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
