Compliance Regulatory Project Executive (1-Year Contract)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to $5,000/month
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, Monday to Thursday)
Duration:
- Contract Length: 1 year upon start date.
- Start Date: ASAP (Candidates with up to 1-month notice period will be considered).
Key Requirements:
- Mandatory Experience:5–10 years of regulatory compliance experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Familiarity with the Financial Advisers Act 2001, Insurance Act 1966, and related subsidiary regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Project Management:Plan, execute, and oversee regulatory compliance projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk assessments and status reports.
- Regulatory Advisory:Provide compliance advisory to management and business stakeholders.
Interpret and communicate complex regulations effectively.
- Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary contact for regulatory projects, providing regular updates.
- Independent Contribution:Work autonomously while collaborating effectively with teams.
