Engineer | Building Construction | 5 Days | Up to $7.5k | City Hall
Working Days: 5 Days (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat is OT if required to work

Salary: $5000 to $7500
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant site / building construction experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
- To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
- To verify the work done on site are in accordance with the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
- To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP to minimise delay to the construction progress.
- To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
- To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
- Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.
- Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation.
- Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquers, RI, TOP etc.
- To study tender / construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
- Understanding of critical project criteria related to schedule & productivity.
- Able to provide guidance to new staff / junior staff.
