Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that stimulate children's cognitive, physical, social and emotional development
- Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity, curiosity and a love of learning
- Observe and monitor children's progress, providing individualised support and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a cohesive approach to each child's learning and development
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements
Job Requirements:
- A recognised teaching qualification in early childhood education or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Preschool Teacher, preferably in a similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Creativity and adaptability to design and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Patience, empathy and a genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of young learners
- Proficiency in both English and a second language (Mandarin, Malay or Tamil) will be considered for Language teacher
