Position: Customer Service cum Documentation Executive
Location: 705 Sims Drive, #01-05 Shun Li Industrial Complex, Singapore 387384
Type: Full-time
Salary: [S$ 1600.00 – S$ 2000.00]
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support to clients over phone and email.
- Manage and process documentation related to shipments, customer interactions, transactions, and internal processes.
- Must be a team player and able to work with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Diploma/ A Level or GCE O level or equivalent experience in
customer service or administration.
· Must be Singaporean or PR
