Job Description
Main Duties
- To answer phone calls, manage visitors, takes messages, responds to enquiries and provide general useful information
- Able to use school implemented IT system for administrative purposes.
- To handle daily varied demands and queries from parents / students / vendors / staff etc
- To call pupils absentees and to check with parents on their child’s status every morning.
- To call pupils to convey messages during ad-hoc / special events.
- To render first level assistance to walk-in pupils’ needs including sick & injured pupils.
- To escalate case to other colleagues in the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases.
- To handle / support situation when pupils’ vomit, soiled their clothes.
General Duties
- To assist in canteen matters, utility, FAS application, arrears fee, bus booking, etc
- To help update the school activity notice board in the office
- To maintain the forms cabinet in the office. All forms must be current and replenished constantly.
- To assist in general typing duties.
- To assist in Stores supplies management during school holidays
- To support any other general admin duties as and when required
Requirements
- Full GCE ‘N’, or ‘O’ Level certificate or its equivalent
- Good communication and inter-personal skills in reception duties, preferably in school environment
- Good team player with high level of initiative
Working hours
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1/2hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

- Contract Period: From 02 Jan 2025 – 31 December 2025.
- With option to extend (Discretion)
