Responsibilities
- Coordinate and hands on in the events and meetings set-up, in accordance to clients'requirements
- Manage pre- event preparation and provide on-the-day support as required by clients
- Co-ordinate with clients, F&B and logistics suppliers pre / during / post for the events
- Manage quotations and administrative work related to the events.
Requirements
- To be flexible with work hours in line with business needs.
- A great outgoing personality and be genuine, approachable, attentive and instinctive
- A team player and enjoy the buzz of being busy
- To be well presented and able to communicate with all levels of people
- Candidate who are familiar with banquet / events management will have an added advantage
