Key Responsibilities:
Sales (60%):
1.Generate new business leads and follow up on existing opportunities.
2. Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
3. Uncovering/qualifying new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email/LinkedIn interactions
3. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
4. Schedule product demos
5. Manage inside-sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales performance.
Marketing (40%):
1. Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns (email, social media, content).
2. Create engaging content (case studies).
3. Manage social media.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies.
5. Analyze campaign results, optimize performance, and report on ROI.
