Job Description: Senior SAP MM/Ariba Consultant
Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP MM/Ariba Consultant to lead an as-is state study and subsequent S/4HANA implementation for a transformative enterprise-level project. This role demands deep expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management), Ariba (procurement solutions), and end-to-end S/4HANA implementation methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver practical solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- As-Is State Study:Conduct comprehensive workshops with key business stakeholders to document current procurement and materials management processes.
Assess pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement areas in existing SAP ECC or other ERP landscapes.
Deliver detailed as-is state documentation, including process flows, system usage, and data architecture.
- S/4HANA Implementation:Define the to-be process model, leveraging best practices for procurement and materials management in S/4HANA.
Design and configure S/4HANA MM modules, including integration with SAP Ariba.
Lead data migration strategy, ensuring alignment with new system requirements.
Develop and execute test plans, user acceptance testing, and post-go-live support.
- Collaboration & Leadership:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, logistics, and IT, to ensure seamless integration.
Provide thought leadership on SAP S/4HANA adoption strategies and roadmap development.
Mentor junior team members and act as the point of escalation for critical project issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP MM/Ariba implementation and support.
- Proven experience in S/4HANA implementations, including greenfield or migration projects.
- Strong understanding of procurement, supply chain, and vendor management processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
