Position: Childcare Principal

Schedule: Monday to Friday
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Childcare Principal at our newly established campus. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the future of our childcare center, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and education to our young learners.
Responsibilities
- Provide strong and inspiring leadership to the center, cultivating a positive and supportive environment for staff, children, and families.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including curriculum planning, staff management, and financial oversight.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and child welfare.
- Collaborate with educators to design and implement innovative, developmentally appropriate curricula and programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and the community, effectively communicating the center’s missionpolicies,and programs.
Requirements
- Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL) (Mandatory).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
