Job Description
- Interpret drawings and create/update BIM models
- Produce BIM documentation with proper title block for submission
- Create/modify BIM Object Families (parametric and non-parametric)
- Upkeep the record of BIM/Drawing versions and ensure BIM deliverables and documentation follow BEP or requirement/instruction as stipulated
- Coordinate and communicate with team members if further details or clarification is required
- Support BIM Coordinator/BIM Manager in coordinating with other stakeholders whenever required
- Work closely with Designers, Project Managers, and clients to meet project requirements.
- Prepare tender documents, tender calls, tender evaluations, market survey reports, and contract documents, including bills of quantities with clients, and prepare and analyze costing in detailed reports.
- Administer term contractors' A&A works.
- Valuing completed work and arranging payments.
Job Requirement
- Proficient in Revit software, Architecture, Structural, and MEP
- Possess a BIM certificate or at least a diploma in architectural engineering or equivalent
- Min. 2 years working experience as a BIM Co-ordinator & Min. 3 years as an Electrical Engineer
- Proficiency in drafting, drawing, and using AUTOCAD-related tools.
