Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the development of Sales across all freight forwarding product types and across all geographies.
Responsibilities:
· Design strategy and set goals for sales growth
· Establish and achieve sales goals as agreed with management
· Strong customer base is compulsory
· Generate new sales leads and contacts across all business types and developing a strong pipeline
· Generate proposals, pricing and contract negotiations
· Identify key decision makers and develop relationships that supports acquisition and retention and that will translate into new revenue opportunities
· Implement person Sales plans aimed at acquisition, business retention and improved customer satisfaction
· Prepare regular Sales Reports / related Sales KPI
· Build Strong Alliance with Overseas Stations and Agents
· Prepare, overseeing and strategize RFQ tender
· Develop and nurture positive relationship with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers and account reviews to Management.
· Coordinate internal resources on new business opportunities and existing programs to acquire, retain and grow accounts
· Ensure all customer collections (accounts receivable) are received in a timely manner
· Direct Sales assessment process
· Additional functions mandated by Management
